Context: Why Now?

For years, AI infrastructure was a Silicon Valley conversation. Cloud giants like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google built hyperscale data centers in secret, often in remote locations with cheap power. The conversation was technical: how many H100s, what cooling density, which network topology.
