In a sideways market, small technical signals often carry more weight than macro noise because they tell you which projects are still building, which ones are merely talking, and which ones are stuck in the most boring but decisive bottleneck of all: distribution. Over the past week, the clearest signal from Kaito Pulse is not that code was released. The clearest signal is that privacy concerns forced transparency, and the marketplace still has not given permission to launch.
